Your dealer provides one free service every quarter or every 1,000 km — whichever comes first — for your first nine months.

Warranty

Warranty is our written assurance that your vehicle is genuine and will be repaired or replaced if it qualifies under the warranty policy in your user manual.
Battery & charger
Lithium-ion and graphene batteries and chargers carry their own warranty — follow our battery care guide to keep it valid.
Register to activate
Warranty claims need your vehicle registered on the Atibha EV portal — your dealer does this at delivery.
Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear parts (lamps, fuses, brake pads, bulbs, mirrors, painted parts), damage from accidents, misuse, water entry, unauthorised repairs or non-original parts. See your user manual for the complete policy.
Pre-Delivery Inspection

Every new Atibha EV goes through a full pre-delivery inspection, signed off by a trained technician and shown to you before handover.

Follow these habits to get the longest life from your battery — and keep your warranty valid.
Use slow charging whenever possible.
Ride in low-performance mode when you don't need full power.
Park under a shed so rainwater can't reach the battery or its board.
Keep the battery away from water.
Place the battery where air can circulate for cooling.
Avoid frequent, shallow charge-and-discharge cycles.
Never misuse or tamper with the battery.
Don't ride continuously in high-performance mode.
Avoid high-current chargers — use the one supplied.
Avoid charging for very short intervals.
Keep the battery in a ventilated area to avoid overheating.
Don't overload the vehicle beyond its recommended limit.
Hold a moderate speed for better battery performance.
Accelerate gradually instead of sudden bursts.
